People do spend more time indoors and closer together which can create an environment where germs can thrive. But if your immune system is strong you can stay healthy no matter what is in the air. While nutrition and rest are well-known contributors to a stronger immune response, incorporating regular movement into your routine can be a powerful ally in your winter wellness strategy.
Consistent physical activity is more than just a way to maintain a healthy weight or improve cardiovascular health. Exercise plays a crucial role in boosting your immune system.
