How slowing down creates more meaningful holidays
In today's fast-paced world, the holiday season often feels more hectic than heartwarming. With endless to-do lists, shopping sprees, and festive obligations, it's easy to find yourself swept up in a whirlwind of random actions that can derail the true spirit of the holidays. However, by granting ourselves permission to pause, we can transform this season into a time of calm and joy, and embrace its deeper meaning.

Avoid Random Action
One of the primary reasons our holidays go off track is random action. When we're constantly rushing from one task to the next without a clear purpose, the chaos becomes overwhelming. We lose sight of what truly matters amidst the hustle and bustle. This lack of intention can lead to stress, burnout, and a holiday season filled with more “must-dos” than meaningful moments. Random action can include traditions that aren’t meaningful, tasks that don’t align with your values or activities that no longer align with who you are becoming.

The Fix for Frenzy
The fix for this frenzy is simple yet profound: choosing intentions for yourself. By setting clear priorities and deciding what you want to experience this holiday season, you invite a sense of calm into your life. Intention-setting allows you to focus on activities and traditions that truly resonate with you and your loved ones. This not only nurtures your spirit but also enhances the quality of your connections with others. Imagine a holiday where each action is purposeful and filled with meaning—this is the magic of intention.

Choose Joy
In addition to calm, choosing joy is a powerful tool for reshaping your holiday experience. Joy is not just a fleeting emotion; it's a conscious choice. By prioritizing activities that bring happiness and fulfillment, you invite abundance and gratitude into your life. Whether it's a simple family gathering, a peaceful walk in nature, or diffusing Christmas Spirit Essential Oil Blend while watching your favorite movie, joy creates lasting memories and reinforces the spirit of togetherness.

This November 5th at 2pm MST, we invite you to join our event, "Embrace the Moment: Cultivating Calm and Joy this Holiday Season." This gathering will equip you with the tools and inspiration needed to slow down, set your intentions, and prioritize joy. Together, we will explore how to create a holiday season that nourishes your soul and strengthens the bonds with those you hold dear.

Don't miss this opportunity to transform your holiday season from a time of stress into a celebration of abundance and connection. Mark your calendar, and let's embark on this journey toward a more meaningful holiday season. Remember, you have permission to pause—and when you do, you open the door to a more joyful and intentional holiday experience.

Meet the Boldly Essential Team

My name is Angie (I'm the one in the hat) and I have been using Young Living oils for about 7 years. It has taken me a while to incorporate many of the wonderful products into my daily life and fully understand the Brand Partner system. However, it has been well worth it and I am excited to use this platform as a way to share what I have learned, am learning and the joys the process has given me throughout the years.

I am one of the hosts on the YouTube Channel @BoldlyEssential. Its a channel where I along with my Cousin Stefanie and Aunt Nancy talk about our experiences with using essential oils, tips and tricks on how to use essential oils, and so much more. Come join us on the channel to engage with us about essential oils.

My main product is Lotus Awaiting's Bath Kit that I've gifted to friends, friends and other Young Living Brand Partners. I use Young Living oils in the kits to help in self care and more importantly mental self care. The process of taking a bath is dear to me and has become a bit of ritual that helps to restore and reclaim the self in the process of cleansing in a healing manner. Please enjoy viewing my site and learning all you can to help you in your own personal journey and thank you for taking the time to read this message.

Yours truly,
Angie
